How do i book?

All of our artists at tap are self employed, therefore you must book directly with the artists you want. To see all of our tap team head to our 'treatments page'. If you need any further help feel free to give us a direct message on instagram at @tapliverpool, send us an email at tapliverpool@gmail.com or give us a text at 07534370290 and we will direct you to the necessary artists.

Do you have a price list? 

As all of our artists at tap are self employed we each have our own price lists, to enquire about prices please find the correct artists and message them directly.

Where is the salon?

Tap is located in the heart of Liverpool’s city center, on the most prestigious street for beauty in the northwest.  The address is 31 Rodney Street, L1 9EH. The salon is in the perfect central location, we’re easy to find by driving or by public transport, being only a 5 min walk from the center of town. Head over to our Contact Us page to find out more and find us on the map, also we have a giant pink flag outside so you won’t get lost.

Where can I park?

There are multiple places to park around the salon, there’s on street parking right outside the shop all down Rodney Street which is pay and display.  The cheapest places to park are either Mount Pleasant Car Park (open from 8am-8pm) or the Anglican Cathedral Car Park, these are both only a 5min walk walk away from the salon.

Do you have any station available to rent, or can i hold clinics at the salon?

If you would like to enquire about renting a station for makeup, hair, nails, lashes or any other beauty treatments, or if you are interested in holding a clinic in tap then please give us a message either on @tapliverpool on instagram or drop us an email at tapliverpool@gmail.com stating what rental you would be interested in, what treatments you offer and please link your business instagram (if not already messaging from your business page) and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

What should I do if I can't make my app?

If you can no longer make your appointment please ensure you message the artists you booked the appointment with and let them know that you will no longer be attending. The same with if you are going to be late to an appointment, please tell the artist you’re booked in with so they are aware you will still be attending the booking.  If you can not find the artists you’re booked in with or have forgotten who you’re booked in with then please give us a message on instagram at @tapliverpool and we will tell the necessary artists.

Can I bring my friends, family/ kids to the salon?

We only have a limited amount of seating in our waiting areas in the salon, so please try not to bring anyone else to your appointment if you can dolls.  Unfortunately children are not allowed in the salon as we don't have the insurance to cover children in the shop.

do you offer party or wedding packages?

Although we don't have any pre-made packages, our team are more than happy to get together and work out the best possible way to cater to your needs. whether it be a hen party, big birthday or you and all the girls need a glamming sesh, then you'll want to come down to the biggest best bathroom get ready where you wont have to lift a finger, fight for a mirror and we've already got the lighting and backdrop sorted for that perfect selfie.

Just like a girls bathroom on a Saturday night, it’s all about loving and giving,

We offer a 10% discount off every 10th treatment you receive from any of the tap family. 

Hair, nails, face… get it all and be sure to collect your loyalty stamp on the way out, once you’ve collected your ninth stamp you will receive 10% off any chosen treatment.
